OK. Just got off chat with the VZW guy and got it squared away. I just needed to hit the 2yr contract button again. IDK why it needed to hit again it said 2 yr contract when i clicked it but it changed right away.

I got mine ordered with my 30 dollar discount, but I had to refresh the upgrade page a lot of times. Looks like a hammering going on. And I did have one little snag with my street address, but opened a live chat window and got squared away. So if anyone else is having issues, perhaps try the live chat.
