Hasn't happened many times but I woke up pulled it out of the dock everything seemed to be working.
Got to work - noticed I had gone down 15% already doing nothing. Couldn't connect to anything even though 4g was on (but it was white). Noticed Wi-Fi was not connected to my office which should have been automatic.
Assumed it was an office issue and rebooted my wi-fi and my internet.... didn't fix it.
Decided to turn phone off and on. When I turned it off it would not go past the log out screen and froze.
Battery pull time. That fixed all the problems. Turned out I had missed emails, a phone call, and alerts.
Have no idea what happened except that at home my internet was spotty last night because of rain...
