I have one of these:

It's an external battery only charger. If you don't already have one, you'll need an extra battery as well. It will charge either the standard or the extended battery for your Bionic. Then you'll just have to swap batteries when your phone battery gets low. One thing though, it will only charge my batteries up to about 93-94%. I can only assume this is where the charger reads the battery as full. When you charge a battery in your phone, it uses "smarter" charging I guess, and can trickle charge all the way up to 100%
