Better reception or reception finding app exist??

You know how you can move two feet to the left to get one extra bar or put the phone above your head will give it that one bar you need to finish the download.

Well we have all these apps that monitor all kinds of crazy atmosphere stuff. Is there an app that can point my in the direction to put my phone or myself to get better cell reception?

A compass type gui would be great :)

LOL! This just sounds so funny, although it does seem like a good idea. Unfortunately I doubt it would be possible...

I think it's called "GrassIsGreener" available on the Market. :)
 
I'm not sure how such an app would help. It could track reception as you move but no phone can accurately predict what coverage in adjacent areas is going to be like. It can only report your current coverage. You might as well use a coverage map IMO. Unless the app used crowsourced info but then you'd need a critical mass of people using the app to make it worthwhile.
