Better Keyboard

I just bought this the other day, its worth the money since im coming from a BB pearl yet all of a sudden the multi tap stopped working. When i hit a key twice it shows the letter in the breadcrumb image yet the initial letter is the only one that displays.
I tried figuring out the sdk, but i cant...anyone know a fix? I also couldnt figure out how to get in touch with the developer...

I'm wondering the same. This t9 works nothing like my Razor did. I can't even select single letters unless I do it from the slideout.
