What is the best, most expensive SIM card available for DROID RAZR MAXX? I would totally get it.

I am not sure what you mean? Perhaps you mean Micro SD card? If so, Sandisk is generally considered the industry leader.

As far as SIM cards, since they are provided free by your service provider (cellular carrier), there is no choice for you as a consumer.

That's the one I have. I picked it up a couple months ago for $50. Worked great in my MAXX. The only downside was that I had to leave a little over a gig of free space on the card in order to avoid getting the constant notification about low memory on the card.
