best caller id announcer app, volume fix yet for ICS

Anyone have a good app for audio caller ID? I tried 'Talking Caller' ID app but it hijacked my phone for 5 sec. between every call, and placed a banner ad over phone functions on bottom, so I removed it. Also, any work arounds to the low volume on ICS?

I use a FREE app called Who's Calling? by Johannes Pohl. Works like a charm for me.
