BBv.04 and themes

Is it possible for me to keep BBv.04 and install a theme like blued theme or any other? I know they are its own full rom, but I would like to just have the theme along with my BB. Is this possible? Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Use rom manager and then go to download rom and find roberj13. Download the blue energy them. Simply is that.
