BB 0.6.2.1 sdcard issues

Earlier today i installed the latest version of BB with rommanager. Everything went smoothly and it works great but now whenever I plug in my usb cable there is no option to mount it. also when I go into rommanager it says I cannot use rommanager without an SD card. Also in the system info it says unavailable the the amount of space I have. Help!

Did you wipe before installing BB?

yes. I also backed up my current ROM

Short of reinstalling BB, I recommend the following - go into the Settings Menu > ROM Toolkit > Troubleshoot. Go ahead and tap the Fix permissions and Dalvik cache. Reboot your Droid. If this doesn't work, go into nandroid and manually wipe data and cache twice and then install BB again.
