Mustang is absolutely correct, unless you haven't used the phone/screen all day, there could be other apps such as "Android etc" that use the battery more.
If you are using the phone quite a bit, and notice other apps using more battery than the screen, that's typically a warning that you have a run away application, and at that point you can address the app itself.
