that's 47.7*C so id say that's a little warm... i think 50*C is danger zone. cool that baby down!

Is that temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit? What is your screen brightness on?

My phone gets hot when I have it set to 100%, I usually leave it at 11% and it is fine unless I am tethering or something on the phone. Is your phone running something in the background that it shouldn't be, or is it having trouble doing something and getting hung up?

That would make sense if you are experiencing low coverage, try switching to CMDA only and see if it cools down.

I had a heat issue yesterday and just re-started it. It went away after that, been the only time it has happened in the two or three weeks since I got it.

I'm pretty sure it was the switching back and forth from CDMA and LTE. It's only 105° after 30 minutes when I put it on CDMA only. Thanks for the help. Scared the he'll out of me because I've only had this phone for a couple of days.

Both if my razr maxx's get warm. Especially when I'm multi tasking... I have battery overheat installed on both. On my phones its not uncommon for them to hit 102 degrees Fahrenheit, But its 90 down here when your out in the sun.

But this isn't after a mere 30 mins... wow.

DROID RAZR MAXXAMIZED!!!

Wouldn't battery temp triggers have been nice to have in smart actions?
