Battery stays @ 99%

Like subject states; my rooted gNex while plugged in @ "full charge " says it's @ 99,therefore any calibrator battery app won't........ calibrate.
Anyone else...?

Btw:I have finally been able to post this, sorry if it has been discussed b4.

Sometimes mine does that, just unplug the charger and put it back in and it'll go back to "full"

Also recommend you read this, very informative and you'll see why being stuck at 99% may not be an "error": Your battery gauge is lying to you (and it's not such a bad thing) - xda-developers

Try using a battery calibration app to recalibrate the battery data if you really want to see that 100%

also try before your next charge draining the battery completely before charging it.
