I have had significant problems with my battery life for around a year or so, but I had given up trying to fix it earlier. I wanted to take another look at it. Basically, I can't get more than 6 or 7 hours of life with moderate usage. 2 hours of screen on time I'd pretty average for me. When I look at other peoples battery screenshots, screen is what uses the most battery but mine is nowhere near normal. I'll put my screenshots here too, let me know if anyone has an idea. Thanks!

Also, it always jumps in battery percentage, like the straight drop in these. A lot of times much worse than this though. It usually jumps from 70%-50% then 40%-20% and also 17%-4%

You try Foxkat's battery training method. You find it in these forms. Or maybe you've tried it already? It entails running battery down to 10% and turn phone off and charge till 100%. Then use again down to 10%. And charge it again to 100% then use phone normally and charge it when you want to. Use smart actions also. I had a RAZR maxx before RAZR Max hd. My old max could go for 50 plus hrs with about 4hrs screen time. I hope this helps.

So I just did that strategy, brought it down to about 10%, shut it off, charged it to 100%. When I turned it back on, it said my battery was at 8%, the same level it was at when I started charging it. I have never had this happen before, really weird. Now, I'm in the process of trying to charge it again while it is turned on.

No you need to plug it into the wall charger with it off. Has to be off. While charging with it off, press power button once to see what percentage it at. Should take between 3.5 and 5 hrs.

Yes, I did do that. Shut it off at 10%, plugged it in, let it go to 100%, turned it back on and it said I had 8%, before jumping up to 100% shortly after. Will try it again tomorrow too.

Also, it probably only took 2.5 hours tops, bad thing?

I think so, it should be charged for about 5 hrs. Do it overnight and try it tomorrow morning.
