There is a setting somewhere that I have used- "Wipe Battery Stats." I don't recall if it's in the Settings area, in Fission, or somewhere else. I have also read about it on here, you might try searching the threads.

You have to be rooted to delete the stats igt is a system file

I remember seeing a battery app that allows you to reset the battery stats.
