Battery level

when my battery level gets to red (15%) I plug in the charger and it shows 80%. I look at the battery in the settings, 80% and green. Unplug it and it's 15 red again. I bought another battery, same thing. Phone is 1-1/2 old. Any suggestions?

Run it until it shuts off then charge it up
