My wife has an LG Ally (hate the phone) and she's having an issue with it.
Her battery is crap (even by this phone's low battery life standards). In her Battery use, it lists Android OS as taking up 70% of her battery.
We rebooted the phone and it went away. She ran a few apps after the reboot and then made a phone call (to me). After I hung up my Droid, the Android OS taking 70% came back.
Another reboot and another phone call and it came back again.
She's running stock 2.1 and its never been rooted or anything.
Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be and how to fix it. Its pretty much making the phone unusable since it has to be tied down to its power cord.
