Battery grey...?

So on my Dinc 2, the little battery indicator in the bar at the top went grey with a (!) In the middle of it... I happen to be driving and close to a Verizon store, so I stopped in and showed it to the rep, and she said it was a connection issue with the battery, she pulled it, rebooted, and all seems fine.
Is it fine? Is that really all it means or is there a bigger problem that she maybe just doesn't know about?

That is what it means. It's hard to say if there is another issue at this time. Maybe try cleaning the contacts with a pencil eraser. They may be a little dirty.
