Battery charge

Well I've been trying to calibrate my phone's battery as accurately as possible but no matter what it won't fully charge to 4200. It always stays at 4162 no matter how long I charge it. I was just wondering if I'm doing something wrong? Any suggestions?

Very unlikely that you will get the battery to take the "fully advertised" capacity charge. Like almost everything sold with a number attached, it is rounded up...
