Battery bumping question

So I understand that the Incredible dosent charge the battery fully. The question I have is this a hardware issue or a software issue?

That's correct. That's the easiest. Just get nervous snapping the back on and off all the time.

I read all these posts about carrying two batteries and I have seen the "dock" that holds your Dinc and charges another battery and how they just swap batteries.

I too can't see a way to change batteries with the way the cover is attached. On my BB I used to pull the battery ever day or so to reboot it.

Last night my Dinc was acting weird so I did battery pull and I still think I'm going to snap to cover in two every time I pull it. :icon_eek:
