Bad Battery???

Using the stock battery,
I fully charged my battery and then did a restore through bootstrap ( took about 20 Min).
After it was all finished I had 45% battery left.
Could this be a bad battery?

Could just be a battery meter reporting issue. Open an app such as Spare Parts that will tell you the mV reading. Approximately 4200 is 100% and 3500 is 0%.

Put the phone on a wall charger and bring it back up to 100% and see how it responds.
