Backup assistant?

I just flashed the newest CM7 onto my droid 2. I have no contacts because i use backup assistant. how do i get backup assistant back? i downloaded the google apps from ROM manager and still nothing. HELP please

Log into the verizon website on your pc and navigate to backup assistant. Export your contacts as an outlook format csv. Then go to your gmail account and import the contacts. Then go to your phone and click sync contacts in your gmail settings.
