Backing up apps to Aptoide

When I attempt to backup (upload) my apps to aptoide, using either Aptoide Backup, or Aptoide Uploader, it doesn't show all of my installed apps in the list.. so I can't find any way to back these up. Years ago, I was able to find a way around this, by playing with my files, but I feel like I've tried everything with no success. My tablet is rooted, and I viewed the aptoide database files which showed all my installed apps correctly... but again, I don't see all of them when I try to upload. Does anyone have a solution to this? I'd appreciate it.
