I have rooted my Motorola Droid...
Currently running the following;
Android Version 2.2
Baseband Version C_01.43.01P
Kernel Version 2.6.32.9-g103d848 android-build@apa26 #1
Build Number Bugless Beast V0.5
Verizon is trying to push an update and I do not want it...
The first time I got the update ready notification, I accepted it, thinking that being "rooted" would negate this update...after automatic reboot, phone sat for over an hour with the droid "little green man" and triangle with exclamation in it... had to pull the battery to reboot again...rebooted to rooted, pre-update versions....I now get the "update ready" notification about every half hour...WTF!?!?!?
