ok i got adamz giant list of kernals ill start trying out the lowvoltage ones, if i have any problems ill be back..wish me luck! ha

Mine's at 82% according to this app, 90% system, about 4 hours, running at 1ghz, 38% wifi 30% display, so it's not been used as much as it could have been.

And the temp only goes above 120F if I'm using it heavily, normally around like 60-70 when I pick it up and turn it on. (Proc Temp)
