Autostart Swapon Commands

I downloaded the autostart for root program from the market, and to be honest I'm not sure how to use it.

Here is what I would like to do with it.

I am running Jrummys v6 rom and I would like to autostart the free50mb script at boot. I know this program will do it, but I don't know how to enable it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
