audio in recorded video

I took a video of my child about two feet away from me, and you can barely hear him on playback on both the phone and the PC. Is there some microphone setting that I am missing that will raise the volume while recording?

Known Issue- Video and Audio Recorder

This is a known issue. I have tried it with several other Thunderbolts. I believe maybe one of the microphone's level is set to zero or something. Should be a simple update once they figure it out.
