Audalyzer Db measurements

FYI,

I compared my Droid using the Audalyzer application, to a calibrated Db meter and found the Droid display off my -100. So , if you add 100 to the display value , it is close to an accurate measurement.

Note: This was done using only a few samples, but appears to be close to a linear response. See pic attached.

try the tricorder app in the marketplace, I would love to see how that one does in a review of the two of these

Both Apps are by same developer. Also response from developer is that each phone will have different response.

I suspect all phones will be close, but accuracy will still be in question.

Pretty close for Droid though.
