atrix hd wont turn on

my atrix hd all of a sudden one day, i left it to charge overnight and when i woke up the next morning the screen was black and i couldnt get it to turn on. The green led keeps flashing and ive tried holding the power button/volume buttons and all that and none of it works./ ive even tried replacing the battery and nothing i do seems to work! please help!
