help with razr

Hi! I was charging my droid razr and all of the sudden, it goes off and it wont do anything! Tried to reboot it by pressing and holding power button and volume button but it wont do anything. Im about to cry! Please helpppp!!!

You can try to hold power and both volume buttons which will take you to the boot menu. Then use volume down to move highlight to recovery, pees volume up to select. When triangle appears, press both volume buttons again and it will take you to the stock recovery. Use volume buttons to move down to wipe data (factory reset) poet to select. After phone is wiped, volume up to select reboot, power to select.....see if phone works now. This will wipe everything from your phone which sucks but it may fix any bug you have. If that doesn't work, you probably need to get a replacement.
