Can someone help me please

My friend did a app2card thingy for me.
and i was texting and my droid turned off
so i turned it back on and got a grey screen
the lights dont show up so i downloaded rsd lite 4.6
and a sbf file and motorola 32 bit driver and when i plug
my phone up the grey screen comes on and nothing happens
can some when please help me i also tried power button and x
button but my phone dosent show up PLEASEEEE HELPPPP MEE

If ur trying to reflash sprecovery on ur phone, ull have to turn ur phone off and hold the up button on the directional key and the power button for 4 seconds for bootloader, then rsd will recognize ur phone.

i hold the up button up and nothing happens... my phone stays grey and it dosent show up
