AT&T Samsung S4 no sim card

Mine just did it this morning my screen went to no sim card I went AT&T they replaced the phone it a know issues with the kit kat software. Beware there's nothing u can do about it other than replace it.

Your welcome! I just thought everyone should no AT&T said it been going since kit kat came out when your phone screen says no sim card you are screwed. Phone won't work emergency calls only. Samsung is denying but we all know they blame AT&T but It's Samsung software lol.

I wouldn't install the update you don't have to unless they fix the issue. My friend S4 did the same thing Sunday no sim card so it coming a major problem by Samsung.

All I know is it started happening few weeks ago from the update. The tech at AT&T said don't accept the update on the replacement I got now it will do the same thing. It a kit kat software problem there will be a fix for it soon according to the tech. You might get lucky if u install the update it won't have this issue at all but there's a few S4 are having this problem now. On my replacement they said it's fixed but don't accept an update. It don't make since to me either. I will let you know more when I find out more about it. When I was at the corporate store two people came in with the same issue. It just happens for no reason it just bricks your S4.
