Are Droid 2 Recovery Bootstrap v1.0.0.3.apk and Droid 2 Bootstrapper the same?

I'm at the point I would like to start playing around with themes or Roms. After doing some reading I went to the market and bought Droid2Bootsrap.. Right after I purchased it I found another apk recommended, Recovery Bootstrap v1.0.0.3.apk are they the same or similiar and if they are which do you suggest I use?

They are the same, though the market one is a newer version. The market version is 1.0.0.5 and this other apk is 1.0.0.3, Since you bought the market one, use it. But both will work, not sure what's new in the market version, but if its bug fixes then that's another reason the use it.
