Apps stop, lockup

Having a big problem with apps freezing up with a stopped notice. Including Watch On which was particularly aggravating as I had spent some time setting that up. Only to have to reset the whole thing from scratch. Any ideas how to fix this?

Have you cleared data to reset it? Maybe a do over will help. I've never had a problem with any Samsung app. And I love watch on!

I know they also recently updated that app in market. Since you can't uninstall this particular app if its preloaded then go into application manager and clear it out and reopen it
