Apps on internal memory?

Is there a way to view only the apps that are on INTERNAL memory? When I go to manage applications, I am able to view by: Downloaded, Running, All, and On SD Card. When I view Downloaded or All, I still have to sort thru and select each to see where it is stored.

Most of my apps do appear to be on my SD card, but I can't recall in my own (brain) memory as I am sorting thru, trying to clear space. I am down to 19.93 MB of space on internal memory on a Motorola Droid.

Also, what about clearing data within some of my apps. What exactly does that do and how does it affect the app itself... Facebook has about 50 MB data, that I assume is on internal memory because the app is there and can't be moved...

Any thoughts would be appreciated...

Note: Will be upgrading soon, but still need to use the current phone and it really running slow these days... Thanks Joie
