Appl for tranfering music form PC and Back

I am wondering if there's an App for Media Tranfering form PC to Phone, I have been doing music transfer "manually", taking the SDCard into the PC and back, I have the "V Cast Media" which I think is a joke, it has 70's technology. Does anybody knows of a better way? I was thyinking something like Redio Player, Windows media or similar, preferably for other than I-Tuns.

You'll get a few replies on this one. I've been using Winamp to transfer my music from itunes (initially), to my Droid X. Can be done with a cable or wireless sync. All free

I have not tried it, but I know a lot of people use doubletwist.
