Best App for interfacing Droid with PC??

This may have been covered before, but I can't seem to find a thread that discusses which PC app would be the best one to interface with the Droid, for transferring/syncing apps, music, photos, etc.

I use Verizon and their V Cast Media manager is a joke. I'm confident that many of you use an app that you would consider the best. I'll be grateful for your valued opinions.

I have yet to see anything that does all of the above. Motorola has their own app that might cover all that. Personally, I use iTunes Agent for music and manually manage photos and videos. I don't really see the need for transferring/syncing apps.
