AppBrain and restoring installed apps

I just noticed AppBrain keeps track of all apps installed, but only tries to restore from the Android Market.
So if you got a lot of Free App Of The Day apps from Amazon, and get AppBrain to restore all apps after a factory reset, you might get a big bill from Google?

I don't think so if your registered email is same as appbrain.
