APP2SD thoughts and discussion

This thread is just for thoughts and ideas:

With app2sd you will be able to install applications to sd - great. My thought here is that you will need to be aware of what you are installing to where. The SD card is not available while charging or connected to the pc. So any application installed there can not be used while connected - think usb tethering as well.

What are your thoughts and how do you get around some conflicts?

I don't really have that many apps on my Droid, so I don't feel the need to move my apps to my sd card.
