App Scheduler?

Last post for tonight, I promise.

Is there a way to schedule apps to launch and close (toggle). I'm thinking about a SIP client that I only need to run during work hours on work days, but I don't want to rely on my brain to remember to launch it / close it.

There is an app called Tasker, I think it's $4.99 or so, but it lets you script damn near everything. It will let you automate a lot of things on your phone, and that's exactly one of the things it was made for
I also use it to auto-start Pandora when I plug in my headphones, turn GPS off unless I'm in an app that specifically needs it, and change my ringer settings when I get to work.
