APP problems

Hi, i am a new moto droid owner and new to these forums.I recently bought the policestream app.Whenever i try to run it,i get to the policestream license page and when i hit ok it takes me back to my home home screen.I have uninstalled it and downloaded it again but i still get the same thing.has anyone had this problem before.
