App needed to change background colors

I have a Motorola Xprt
I would like to be ablke to control the background colors on emails, phone book, etc.
the default is currently black, sometimes difficult to see outside,
If one already exists, please point me in the right direction

I've never heard of your phone. Mine has a white background (Droid 2).

If this is an Android phone perhaps you can try to get assistance from our sister forum, Android Forum.

You would need to theme it in order to change background colors on such apps. There are themed apps (like E-mail, and phonebook) in the Themeing section of the forum. There are no current known apps that allows you to just change any app background color to your desire.
