Are some apps specifically designed for 2.0? I have a friend trying to find Google Goggles for his Samsung Moment and it doesn't show up in the market on his phone.

It's possible... since some APPS aren't compatible with 2.0... but I didn't see any mention of that in the demo video for Google Goggles.
