How to get an app off of phone thats not in market?

My friend has 2 apps on his phone. example The Drama Button. I am trying to get his app off of his phone and onto my phone. Bump doesn't work.
Any ideas? I tried saving to SDcard but no dice.

If an app has been pulled from the market there is a reason for it. Getting apps from other phones isn't an area I think we want to get into.
