App for Auto Recuring Email

Is there an App out there that can be setup to send and auto recurring email? I currently us Email Me Pro and it has everything I need except for the ability to auto send on a recurring basis.

Example: I want the same identical email automatically sent to the same 2 recipients on the 10th of each month.
