APK wont install

I have downloaded several APK's. I go to downloads , find the app and click "install"... When I reach the "Install" screen on my Bionic, there is no response or anything...it's does nothing , except I can cancel.
Any Ideas why this is happening? Rooted, stock, .902.

Do you have Settings > Applications > Unknown sources checked?
