Aokp where are the power toggles

Aokp rom I see the options in settings to select the pull down toggles but there is nothing in my notification window? I know its something stupid but can you please help. What am I missing?

Once you pull it down you actually have to hit the settings button to make them appear. Unless there is a setting I am not aware of that is

I just figured that out. That used to be a shortcut to the whole settings app so I didn't try it. I knew it was something dumb. Thanks.

But now you have to long press on the settings icon in the notifications to get to the settings menu.
