Anyone using Voice Plus?

Is anyone using Voice Plus? Does this still use the GV access numbers?

Well I spent the $6 for the app and it makes GV much better. You set GV to call numbers by way of GV and then select the numbers from your contacts which you don't want to us GV to call.

Works like a charm and still uses GV access numbers.
