Anyone know how to download contacts from "backup assistant"

Hey all
Just got my Drioid. My forst smart phone and I must say...WOW, great gadget!

I cant seem to figure out how to access Verizon's backup assistant to download all my contacts.
I'm hoping to save a trip to Verizon for their contact transfer thingy.

Go in to the nearest Verizon store and have then transfer you phone book...
Or you can login to Back up asst. export and import into the google account u set up...
I just had them transfer mine when I got the phone

Go to the verizon website, manage your contacts on their site, export them as .csv file. Log into your gmail account, import them to that.

Hi friends, you can use android backup assistant to transfer contacts from android to computer. Follow a step to backup or sync contacts from android to pc.
Step 1: Connect android phone with computer and run program
Step 2: Preview and make a select
Step 3: Export contacts from android to computer
