Any way to permanently disable Smart Actions?

I've had bad luck with Smart Actions, really don't need it, and—to boot—own Tasker. I'm really tired of my Droid 4 telling me what recommended Smart Actions it thinks I should use. I don't want the app running, hogging processing time and battery power when I absolutely don't want to use it.

So, how do I disable it permanently? Please tell me there's a way.

On my Maxx..... Settings, apps, all, smart actions, disable. If updates installed...uninstall then you can go back in and disable.

Thank you so very much! I've also been able to disable some other of the annoying Verizon value-added <*cough-cough*> apps.
