Any solution to "Add Call" problem?

I've had this phone since November last year, and this hasn't been a problem. Lately though, over half my calls end because the phone initiates another call, which mutes me and the other party thinks we've lost the connection. Funny thing is, it's not the proximity sensor, because the screen is still locked when I look at the phone to see what the problem is.

I suppose it could be Cyanogen Mod 6.1 release, but this seems unlikely to me.

Try a factory data reset. It will clean everything up for you. You will lose data and have to sign back in but at this stage of the game you have no warranty so you might as well give it a try. That's what I would do.
